About Ashvini:

Ashvini Menon (she/her) is a UX Designer, Wildlife Illustrator & Environmental Cartoonist. She is currently the Lead User Experience Designer at Salesforce since 2022. She is also the newsletter cartoonist for the Protected Area Update, with a strip called 'Overherd'.

 

Prior to 2022, Ashvini ran her own social-sector-focused design studio called AMVDS (Ashvini Menon Visual Design Studio) for 6.5 years and worked as a User Experience Designer at Microsoft for 1.5 years.

Ashvini was also the environmental cartoonist with The Hindu newspaper, with a strip called 'Ecotism'.

She holds a Post-Graduate degree in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and a Graduate degree in Applied Art from Rachana Sansad College of Applied Art & Craft, Mumbai. Since 2017, Ashvini has also been a published environmental cartoonist.​​
