A Brush with Creativity
General Mills, Mumbai wanted us to conduct a workshop for one of their teams. Their team consisted of 20 employees, most of whom had never really tried painting before or had lost touch with it since school days. The 3-hour workshop did not aim at making them better painters, but at making them relish the therapeutic side of creativity.
